How To Verify Your Credit Card On STICPAY

If you want to use your credit card to deposit or withdraw funds from your STICPAY account, you need to verify your credit card.

To verify your credit card, log into your STICPAY account and click “DOCUMENT” on the left side menu. Then, select “Credit Card Scan” in the drop-down menu.

Please fill in all the required fields and click on “BROWSE” to upload copies of the front and backside of your credit card. Please make sure that your name is embossed on the card and that the card shows your signature on the back.

Also, please make sure that all the edges of the card are visible, and that you’ve blacked out certain digits as described on the website.

For the front side copy, please blackout from the 2nd to the 12th digit. For the backside copy, please black out the three-digit CVV number.

After uploading both copies and filling in your card information, please click on “SUBMIT” to proceed.

After you click “Submit”, you will see on your screen that your card status is pending. The status will change after the card has been approved.

You may go back to your account page and wait for your card to be approved. The verification takes approximately 1-2 business days.
