    How To Add A New Currency Wallet And Convert Currency In STICPAY

    With STICPAY, you can have multiple currency wallets and convert currency. In total, STICPAY supports 29 national currencies, enabling you to use the digital wallet worldwide.


    To add a new currency wallet, click on the “WALLETS” menu. You can add fiat and crypto wallets, or exchange / convert currencies in this menu.





    How to Add a Fiat Currency Wallet

    To add a fiat currency wallet, select the “E-Wallet” submenu and click the drop-down button to select the currency/wallet that you want to add. Then, click “Add” to proceed.




    To confirm that you want to add the wallet, click on “Yes”.




    Under “My E-Wallets”, you can see that the new currency wallet will be “Under Review”. The request will be approved within 1 business day and it’s not possible to add another currency wallet while the current application is under review.




    How to Add a Cryptocurrency Wallet 

    To add a cryptocurrency wallet, click “WALLETS” in the left side menu, and then select “Crypto Wallet”.






    To select the cryptocurrency that you want to add, click the drop-down button and select the Cryptocurrency of your choice. Then, click “Add”.




    To confirm that you want to add this cryptocurrency wallet, click “Yes”.



    After confirmation, the cryptocurrency wallet will be “Under Review” until it has been approved. The request will be approved within 1 business day.




    How to Exchange / Convert Currency in STICPAY

    To convert a currency, click “WALLETS”, then select “EXCHANGE” in the left side menu.




    Select the currency that you want to convert and enter the amount. Then, select the currency you want to receive and click on “Next” to proceed.



    Review all the information and click on “Exchange” to proceed.



    A message confirming the successful exchange will appear on your screen. The changes will be reflected in your wallets.
