    How can I know if I’m a VIP customer?

    VIP customers will receive a separate email notification. For customers who have opted out of email notifications, please check the "Promotions" box here.

    When can I receive VIP benefits?

    VIP benefits are renewed on the 1st of each month based on the previous month's performance, so the benefits are valid for one month only.

    Promotion Notice

    • During the promotional period of the “Deposit Fee-Free” benefit, fees will be waived for up to the third deposit made.
    • Deposit fees accrued during the promotional period will be refunded in bulk the month following the conclusion of the promotion.
    • Customers eligible for the promotion will be chosen based on their performances in the previous month and will be notified via email. If you’ve opted out of receiving email communication, please go to My Page > Settings > Email to update your preferences to start receiving advertising communication, including promotions.
    • We are not responsible for benefits not provided due to incorrect information provided by customers.
    • This promotion may be subject to change or termination without notice due to internal reasons, and rewards granted for participating in the promotion through illegitimate means may be reclaimed.
