What do i need to apply for STIC Card?

"To be eligible for STIC card application, you just need to have more than $110 in your Sticpay account."
*Minimum balance of $110 is needed in your Sticpay account for us to process your STIC cards
($40 delivery charges + 500 HKD initial top up).

*The recipient is responsible for any taxes or customs charges that may incur upon receipt of the card shipment.

It typically takes between 2-3 weeks from Stic card application to receiving your card.

1. submit passport copy

Scan the entire page with the signature line and photo.
Your electronic signature for sticpay account should look like the one on your passport.

2. Request a STIC Card

If more than 18 characters, just type your first initial.

Your adress should match your proof of address(POA)document.

Your phone number should be put in correctly for a prompt delivery.

3. check your card status

You can check your application status in Mypage-Sticpay card-Status during the 2-3 week process.
Once status changes to “shipped”, you can track the delivery online.

How do I charge STIC CARD?

Once your Stic card is delivered, you need to active.

* Currency exchange rate will be determine by Card Issuer.
* STIC Card is available to use for 2 years after initial activation, and you must renew the card after expiration.

* 10 HKD/mo management fees will be assessed for STIC card holders if the account is inactive for over 6 months.
