To use your STICPAY e-wallet, you need to know how to deposit and withdraw funds to and from your account.
We'll start with how to deposit funds to your account, but if you want to learn how to withdraw, then please skip ahead to 'How to Withdraw Funds From Your STICPAY Account.'
You can deposit money to your STICPAY account via domestic bank wire (only available in selected countries), international bank wire, credit card, and cryptocurrencies. Please refer to the following sections to find more information about each deposit method.
To deposit money to your STICPAY account via domestic bank wire, you need to go to the “Domestic Bank Wire” submenu.
Please save the bank details and transfer the amount you want to deposit to the shown bank account details. It’s important to enter the correct memo when you transfer the funds. In case you forget to add the correct memo, please contact the support team.
Domestic Bank Wire is cheaper and faster than international bank wire. Currently, domestic bank wire is not available in all countries. You will be shown a message if domestic bank wire is unavailable.
To deposit money via a Korean domestic bank account, you need to create an account at Utransfer. Click on “LINK ACCOUNT”, and then a popup will open.
If you already have a Utransfer account, please enter your email and password. Otherwise, click on “Sign Up” to create an account. After you linked your account, you will be able to deposit money.
To deposit money to your STICPAY account via international bank wire, you need to go to the “International Bank Wire” submenu. The following process differs for EU* and Non-EU users, so please refer to the applicable section in this guide.
Please remember, the bank account details are only for Non-EU users. For the EU bank details, please check the guidelines for EU users.
Note: This bank account only accepts USD currency. Please make sure you’re sending USD, or the funds will be rejected.
Bank Account Details for Users Based in EU* Countries
To deposit money to your STICPAY wallet, you need to transfer money to the shown bank account.
Please select the desired currency to see the correct bank account details. Users based in the EU can deposit money in GBP or EUR.
Please save the bank account details and enter your STICPAY email as a reference or memo when you transfer the money. The International Bank Wire will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Please remember, the shown bank account details are only for EU users. For Non-EU bank details, please check the guidelines for Non-EU users.
Note: This bank account only accepts GBP and EUR currency. Please make sure you’re sending GBP or EUR, or the funds will be rejected.
Next, select your desired currency wallet by clicking on the drop-down arrow and enter your desired money amount. The minimum amount is 10 USD. Click on “Next” to proceed.
After you clicked on “Next”, you need to enter the following credit card information: card number, expiration date, and CVC number. Then, click “Money In” to proceed.
In the next step, you need to authenticate your credit card. After doing so, the money will be credited to your account within approximately 1 hour if there is no issue with the used credit card.
When the transaction is completed, a green check icon will appear. Then, wait until the amount is credited to your account. The transaction might take up to one hour.
In this menu, you can also manage your local and international bank accounts for withdrawal.
Unfortunately, not all countries are supported to use domestic bank wire. A message will be shown if domestic bank wire is unavailable in your region.
To withdraw money via local bank wire, it is necessary to register your bank account first. To register your bank account, please click on ”Manage Local Bank Accounts” in the “MONEY OUT” menu. Then, select the (+) plus sign to add the bank account.
Fill in the required details of your bank account and click ”SAVE”. Please make sure that the bank account is in your name. Also, please note that local bank wire is only available in selected countries.
To withdraw money via domestic bank wire, select the “Domestic Bank Wire” menu. Then, click on the drop-down arrow to select your preferred local bank account. Choose your preferred currency wallet, and enter your preferred amount. Then, click “NEXT” to proceed.
When the transaction is completed, a message with the text “Successfully processed” will appear. Then, wait until the amount is credited to your account. The process will take up to 1-2 business days.
You can check the status of your withdrawal request on your STICPAY account. Select the “ACCOUNT” menu and refer to the recent transactions.
Please fill out the required bank account details and click ”SAVE”. The Intermediary bank account information is optional. The intermediary bank acts as a middleman between an issuing bank and a receiving bank. In case your bank requires an intermediary bank account, please ask your bank for the necessary information.
Once you successfully saved your bank account details, you will see your International bank account in the “Manage International Bank Account” menu. To proceed with the withdrawal process, select the “International Bank Wire” submenu.
The minimum withdrawal for international bank wire is 100 USD, and the process will take approximately up to 3-5 business days.
