How to Create and Verify Your STICPAY Business Account

1. How to Open a STICPAY Merchant Account

To open a STICPAY Merchant account, please visit STICPAY’s website (https://www.sticpay.com/) and click on the “Merchant” button in the top menu.

On the Merchants page, click "GET STARTED" to proceed with the registration.

On the account opening page, please fill in all the required fields in English characters. Please make sure to complete all the details with the asterisk (*) symbol.

Next, fill in all the fields with the company director’s personal information. Make sure the information is correct.

Under “Account Information” please fill in all the required fields in English with the company’s account signatories’ personal information. Make sure the information is correct.

To add one or more account signatories click “+ Add more”.

In “Purpose of Account” please choose what is the purpose of opening an account with STICPAY.

If you wish to add more than one website, please click “+Add More” and enter all the information. Once done, click “NEXT”.

In the “Summary” section you will see a recap with all the information provided. Please review all the details; if you need to add or change any information, click “EDIT”.

After you’ve reviewed and filled in all the fields, make sure to check all the boxes to agree to all terms. Next, please sign electronically in the signature box, and click on “SUBMIT” to proceed.

After submitting your application, you successfully created your account. Click “CONTINUE TO MY ACCOUNT” to access your account.

To use STICPAY without any limitations, please make sure to verify your account by uploading the requested documents. We will explain that step in the following section.

2. How to Login to Your STICPAY Merchant Account

To log in to your STICPAY account, please visit the website (https://www.sticpay.com/) and click on the “LOGIN” button on the upper right side.

Afterward, please enter your email and password, and click on “LOGIN”.

To log in, Two Factor Authentication is necessary. STICPAY will ask you to enter your mobile phone number, email, or OTP code depending on the authentication method you enabled.

If it is your first time to log in, you will have to confirm your mobile phone number, or your email address in case mobile number verification isn’t available in your country. To login, enter the 6 character code you received via your authentication method within 5 minutes.

After you enter the validation code on the STICPAY login page, you will be forwarded to the user portal.

LOG-IN - Email Authentication Method

If you opted for email verification, you will receive the verification code on your registered email address. After you enter the code on the STICPAY login page, you will be redirected to the user portal.

LOG-IN - Authenticator App Authentication Method

If you opted for email verification, you will receive the verification code on your registered email address. After you enter the code on the STICPAY login page, you will be redirected to the user portal.

Once you are logged in to the authenticator app, you will see the verification code for your STICPAY account. After you enter the code in the STICPAY login page, you will be redirected to the user portal.

3. How to Upload Your Documents / Verify Your Merchant Account

To use your STICPAY account without any limitations, it is necessary to upload your Company’s documents.

To upload the necessary documents to verify your account, please click “DOCUMENT” on the left side menu. In the drop-down menu, you can select “Company”, “Directors” and other categories for uploading the requested documents.

At the top, you can see the full list of required documents and the current status.

To upload the required documents, scroll down and click on “Browse” to upload the specific document, then click “SUBMIT”.

If you need a sample of each document you can click on “Sample”.

After you upload your documents, you will see the status as “PENDING”.
